Well hello Euphoria Lane. It's been a long while hasn't it? I have to admit, I lost my journal for a while and didn't bother to find it until I eventually stumbled across it in the Ministry locker room the other day.
I suppose a lot of good stuff has been happening, along with the bad as normal lives often go. First of all, I'm only about a year away from graduating from Auror Training and I'm at the top of my class. Secondly, I've been getting a lot of assignments on my own lately, which require me to travel a lot. I feel really awful I wasn't around as much as I should've been helping Hermione prepare for the wedding, but I did get my maid of honour dress robes about two months ahead of time and got all the alterations and everything. I still can't even believe the wedding is actually happening, it's so bloody brilliant!
Also, Bryce and I have been looking for a new place to stay. We'd like another roommate too (Luna, are you by chance interested?) and on a drunken whim one night I got myself a turtle who I've named Pickles. Simon made fun of me for it.
On another note, yes Simon and I have broken up. Merlin, I miss him. No I don't really want to get into the reasons why, but suffice it to say we're still very close mates. I've had to move on once before, I can do it again...
Anyway. So what's been up with you lot? I feel like I haven't heard from some of you in ages. Fill me in, it's my day off and I've nothing to do!

I don't CARE what you have to say about it RON, FRED, GEORGE, Dean Thomas and I are going to snog whether you like it or not. I'm sixteen, all right? I'm not a BABY.
Oh and by the way, I don't know why I was always so tired after Auror Training. I just went to go play some Quidditch outside with a bunch of kids who live on the Lane and I feel great! Fit as a fiddle. Sure I let them score on me once or twice, but I was just being nice.
Hey, we should have more dances on the Lane. Like...one big dance party. It's been a while since the Yule Ball and going to pubs just isn't the same. What do you guys think?

I knew once I cracked open my journal I'd get infuriated again.
I can't believe the sense of JUSTICE the Ministry has. Not only am I completely enraged that DRACO MALFOY was let out of Azkaban scott free, but now he's living on the bloody LANE? And what are people doing about this, nothing? Is anyone remotely furious about how this has gone? I don't even care what purpose he's serving. That purpose is compromising the safety of everyone living on the Lane. How can the Ministry be so STUPID?

I'm so furious I can't even enjoy the fact that I'm getting my first actual assignment tomorrow. You know what, I hope it's watching every single move you make, Malfoy, because I'll be doing that anyway.

I've considered joining in on that talent show. I can't sing, but I can dance (or throw the gnomes) like it's no one's business.
However, I have a feeling my family and friends would be to embarrassed to come and support me. I'm a little hurt about that, you know.
